WHBM is a free employment App created to find jobs for African American Men. This is done by partnering African American men up with companies that are intentional in bringing them in for job interviews with the bigger goal of employment. We Hire Black Men also serves as an inclusion bridge for companies looking to enhance diversity in their workforce/staff.
